nike shoes.. made in vietam are real ONLY right?

im at my friend valorias house and she bought some nikes that were made in china, ive heard that nikes are fake unless they were made in vietnam.. is this true, are her nikes fake.. the "swoosh" logo has an extra (R) registred trademark symbol on them also. it kinda seems fake. she bought them from lady foot locker.. How long does the form I-130 (petition for alien relative) take to be finalized?

My dad and mom are both US Citizens and they have just adopted my brothers daughter in 2008 in Tijuana, mexico my parents have been living with my neath for about 4 years sense 2005 my brother got in trouble and the child's mom didn't want any responsibility so my mom and dad took custody of the child, my parents and i live in Southern California. she just turned 5 last May. about two years ago my parents where able to get her a temporary passport visa to cross the border into california in 2007. for about a year i believe, after the year (2008) they tried to renew the passport visa but it was denied, my parents where told by immigration that my neath needed to immigrate first for her to get the passport visa renewal, so now my mom and dad have to stay in tijuana permanently for there is no one else down there to take care of the child. Last year (2008) my parents submitted the application for the petition I-130 (petition for alien relative) and in november, 2008 the application petition was accepted. On april, 2009 my parents responded to all the requested evidence that immigration asked for. Its been 5 months and we have not heard any response so we wish to know how long will it take for this process to finalize. My mom is 58 and my dad is 59 years of age, they often have to take turns on babysitting her for each one of them have to attend to they're doctors appointments back here in southern california and aside from my principal question i just believe that them being citizens of the United States and considering the child only being 5 years of age plus the increase in violence that for the last few years in tijuana my parents should be allegeable to get temporary passport so that they do not have to be living in tijuana, my mom recently got assaulted by a man while riding in a bus in tijuana fortunately he didn't harm her, but thats not a risk we want them to take everyday down there.
